Kent M. Fuqua, Co-Founder, Inventor and Chief Technology Officer
Kent Fuqua has nearly 30 years of experience in recording and audio equipment design and development, including nearly two decades as the senior audio system designer for Stereo Design, one of Southern California’s leading high-end audio companies. As president of his own audio consulting firm, Fuqua has designed, built and tested professional recording studios and professional and home audio systems. He also has extensive experience as a professional recording engineer. Fuqua has consulted with major audio companies, improving their designs and creating entire analog and digital circuits for A/D converters, amplifiers, and other products. He has invented and marketed innovative designs for power supplies, mixing boards, amplifiers, speakers, and crossovers.

 

Daniel T. Atkinson, Co-Founder, President and CEO
Dan Atkinson has 20 years experience as a successful concert promoter and producer of music on CD and for national broadcast on PBS television and radio. He has developed close working relationships with some of the world’s leading artists in jazz, classical, and world music. The founder of two nationally-known concert series for the Athenaeum Music & Arts Library in La Jolla, California, he directs the Athenaeum’s jazz series as an independent consultant. He is a Voting Member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammy Awards) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (UK). Atkinson is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Pomona College and holds an M.A. from Stanford University.
